This meeting is broken up into five files:
1. In Liberty Plaza to discuss moving indoors
2. Short file to confirm those handing out the metrocards will stay and redirect those looking for the GA in the park
3. Meeting resumes in 60 Wall Street, followed by a breakout group
4. Meeting resumes with report backs from the breakout groups, low battery on recorder (changed during a pause in the meeting between proposals)
5. Batteries replaced, recording continues through the end of the GA
